What We Do

We offer full dough pressing systems, including the press machines, conveyors, and standard and custom tooling to go with them.   We offer systems from small-scale semi-automatic units, to large fully-automatic conveyorized units.   We offer solutions for all types of dough, including gluten-free!

We offer both manual and automatic pans, with sizes up to 45″ square.

We offer both standard size and shape pan cavities, as well as just about any custom size or shape you can imagine.

Dough Forming Presses

3 sizes of presses are currently offered:
PSI 75 for testing and small-scale manufacturing,
PSI 200 for medium size operations, and
PSI 1000 for fully automatic conveyorized high output operations

Docking & Scoring Conveyors

If you need docking to keep the bubbling down, or score the dough for breadsticks or other products, we can do that!

About Us

Pizza Systems is celebrating its 50th year of operation in 2022!

The company was founded in 1972 by Dave Betts, Sr.

The tradition continued, when Dave Betts, Jr. and Tom Theado took over the company in 1994.  It has operated out of the Columbus, Ohio area until 2021.

In December of 2021, as Tom and Dave transition into retirement, the company was acquired by Ryan Holmberg and relocated to his home town of Vesta in southwestern Minnesota.
